A Must Hear! This teaching will greatly encourage you and help you stay focused on Jesus when life's storms are raging. Of all the good sermons on this subject here on SermonAudio, this one by Rev. Sterritt is my top pick!
What a message! This was a needed and blessed reminder for me of the seriousness of the work of preaching. God spoke to me through this sermon. Especially at the end, this seriousness is stressed, when discussing the failure to preach all the counsel of God, which makes the preacher guilty.
Beautiful service! I am grateful to be able to have seen the Service for Debbie from far away. And to see how grown up her kids have become. I was lucky to have her friendship in my life. And all the sharing certainly struck a chord for me, too! It is comforting to know how loved she was, and yet my heart goes out to her family for their loss. ~ Cris
Great Sermon! Rev.Lee Sterritt, I enjoyed your sermon. The lord had been speaking to me through his word, about this race that we has christians have to run and that we have to stay the course, and the hinderance we have to face;warring against our flesh, things of the world and devil.I thank you for this powerful word. The Lord is confirming His word through you.I Have been strengthened. Thank you and God bless you.
Great Sermon! This is a powerful message on the need for individual christians to separate from apostasy and seek holiness in their lives. I have looked at some of the information on the National Council of Churches, (U.S.) and the Canadian Council of Churches and there are many things they are into which do raise alarm bells. One such policy of the CCC I noticed was the fact that they were unable to take part in the defending the traditional definition marriage in Canada in the recent years at a time when the Canadian Government was bringing in same-sex marriage legislation. This policy has effectively silenced the CCC at a time when churches should have be standing up for what the Bible teaches about such matters. Another major issue of the mainline churches in the CCC is their involvment in and belief in the ecumenical movement. That is a movment within their organization to bring all churches, regardless of unbiblical beliefs, under one umbrella. This message reminds us that if we will take a stand and separate, God will dwell in us, walk in us, and be our God and we will be His people. God further says "and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons, and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." 2 Cor 6:17,18.
Great Sermon! Wonderful message. I would strongly encourage any who do not know the redemption which is in the Christ to listen to this sermon over and over until it becomes clear. May the grace of God bless many through this vital message.
Great Sermon! this sermon was just what i needed to hear, i suffer from agoraphobia and i need to just trust God to get me through, which i was having a hard time doing but your sermon helped thank you.
Great Sermon! Thank you Pastor Sterritt for a wonderful message on the Atonement. It is good to be reminded of our access to God through the shed blood of Christ, and that our salvation is accomplished by Christ who shed His blood for us.
Great Sermon! A wonderful message about how God is speaking through such occurrences as the Tsunami in southeast Asia.
"See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven." Heb. 12:25,26
Most Encouraging! Thank you Dr. McClelland for this most encouraging message. The Lord has given you a unique gift and a wonderful ability to illustrate the truth of His word. This was a word in season.
