Lewis ” Although very much good can be found in the writings of C.S. Lewis, listeners ought to note that portions of his books are not all biblically clear or uniformly orthodox. Bissett 2 comments “ Clarification on "Fiction" writings ” One listener links narnia with the occult? Sorry, friend, to disagree. There can be fiction (and imagination) that is consistent with a biblical worldview! (Consider the parables of Jesus -- works of fiction, if you will -- that most certainly conveyed a God-honoring world view). I do share the listener's disapproval of the Harry Potter writings (which intentionally blur distinctions betwen good and evil). I'd love to comment further via email.
