Great Sermon! I wasn't expecting to be so moved by this sermon. I had just signed up for this app and was I ever happy that I did! Thank you so very much for helping me through a very difficult time and for teaching me how to prevent future problems.
Thank you. Thank you Pastor Brandon for calling us, as Christians, to show respect for the appointed offices. It seems like such a simple command "love one another" but is so hard for us to carry out. I'm weary of all the negativity with the political debates, elections, etc. We are called to respect what (who) God has appointed, indeed! Thank you.
Great Sermon! This is such an excellent sermon. Just what I needed to hear to send to a friend who struggles with drug addiction. It targets the real issue, lack of faith and idolaltry! I really like your energy in preaching and I really enjoyed your introduction and holistic view not even focusing on the drug use which he may find offensive but focuses on the lack of putting God first and worshipping and trusting him and only him. I also liked the analogy of the apple.
God Bless you, keep preaching God's word!
$lave Good message. Well delivered.
Maybe you can add the idea of credit to re-enforce how powerful the attraction is for "money" (our savior) + idea of insurance to redeem our spouse, children, ourselves. All about the false idea, false sense of security.
Very Good! Thank you for your comment. I was listening to Rush and heard him say that. I was very offended. I am not one of Obama's political supporters, but he is our President -- a position that demands a level of respect. Rush holds no office and he lost a great deal of my respect by his comment.
