Outstanding Sermon! If you want to know why our nation is in such a mess this sermon will give you a strong answer. Our country has lost all sense of honor and instead has taken on disrespect within all important groups, especially in education and politics. This trend is indicative of the progress of postmodernism here and worldwide.
Needed truth Helpful sermon on a much needed subject. As Bunyan says he who does not know the nature of the law cannot know the nature of sin and anyone who does not understand the nature of sin cannot know the nature of the saviour
Great Sermon! Excellent sermon and resource. I discovered this at the very time I was having problems with understanding the "guilt" of Adams sin. Thanks to this sermon I actually have a clear understanding of the subject, can not thank you enough.
Powerful Sermon! This sermon is so filled with spiritual blessings about how much more we have with the Glory of Jesus Christ than was offered in the Old Testament to Moses as he sought to see the Glory of God.
As children of God through His Grace and Faith in Jesus Christ, we have the greatest offering to see the Glory that Christ Jesus presents to us. This sermon has to be heard more than once to get the entire blessing it offers. Thank you Brother Phil for this outstanding sermon.
Encouraging Sermon! We should look for a daily cleansing of our sins -- big or small, and this sermon will give us confidence that
God will forgive us if we ask in deep sincerity. Also we get a meaningful definition of the phrase "fear of God" that is often used but not really given
the strong quality it deserves. This sermon gives us a blessing through its cleansing offering.
Great Sermon! This sermon covers the entire process that a Christian should realize -- faith, confession, salvation, works, and righteousness. Phil gives outstanding examples of Scriptures from the OT and NT -- strengthening all parts of being a Christian.
Great Sermon! This sermon hits the high points that should make an atheist think about those things he avoids when thinking about God and about Creation. This sermon should give Christians added points about strengthening their position of understanding God's Creation. It challenges one to think and appreciate all that God makes obvious.
Outstanding Sermon! This is one of the most thorough sermons covering all aspects of understanding the meaning of Christ Jesus, sin, redemption, salvation and what we should celebrate at Christmas -- the Truth of the day that the secular world has no understanding of it and has turned it into a selling/marketing ploy.
A Peace Giving Sermon! You will get peace and confidence from this Psalm. We all face David's problems but we also can find strength and understanding of how God will get us through our problems. If we look to God in tough times, He will give us what we need to overcome it all. This is a very peace giving message.
Powerful Sermon! The specific incident seems limited by Brother Phil opens up a great many insights and understandings that we get from it. The mercy of God, His power, His judgment on the wicked, and the evilness and destruction by following Satan and brought out in this story. Phil is blessed to have this expository gift and I enjoy and learn from all his sermons and teachings.
Great Sermon! This is very good, Bro. Phil. I wondered as I listened to it if where Christ calls out, "all who are weary and heavy laden, I will give you rest," is a Greek translation of
Sabbath. Such as would be I will give you Sabbath, or true Sabbath. Just wondered.
Great Sermon! These are truly sad days for the USA. With the sinful beliefs of the Supreme Court's being their reasoning for decisions, our nation gets more depraved.
Along with our nation's growing rejection of God for our future, our churches are becoming more weak and no longer preach the Gospel in Truth. We need revival if we are to survive and not face more strong judgment of God, which we already are seeing. If you're a child of God, continue to grow in The Lord, study His Word, and pray for strength for yourself and for our country.
Powerful Sermon! After listening to Phil's series on the Unpardonable Sin, it literally made me sick to see how apostasy and false teaching is taking place in our churches today. Our nation is turning against God and Jesus Christ, and is mocking the Holy Spirit. As children of God, we must study the Holy Scriptures more diligently, and pray for our nation more than ever before as we are already feeling the judgment of God taking place. With greater immorality consuming our nation, the Rapture must be getting very close. We need the strength of the Holy Spirit to live each day in this sinful world.
