“ Good Series ” Excellent and Helpful stuff from Tim Challies, I'm really surprised this hasn't gotten more hits than it has given the dearth of good information and preaching about the opportunities and perils of modern social networking.
“ Thank you for pointing us to Christ through this p ” A wonderful exposition of this psalm, helping us to focus our meditations on the One who stood in our place, slandered and accused, and then judged by His Father s if He were the wrongdoer.
“ Useful. ” This message covers the revivals of 18th Century, the state of the Church in the 19th Century, with its missionary endeavor, but also with the rise of Liberal Theology and its effects on the 20th Century. Also the revival of Reformed theology in the 20th Century, especially with discussion about Martyn Lloyd-Jones.
“ Providence. ” Marvelous working of God's providence in appointing the meeting between Lidia and Paul for the salvation of Lidia. Powerful working of God in her life.
“ Great reminder. ” Precious truth, worthy to be reminded of: we must cultivate a life of continual fellowship with God. Only in this way we can serve Him and live a Christian life.

“ Middle Ages. ” A very good lecture on the Middle Ages. The cause and implications of the fall of the Roman Empire; the state of the church in an illiterate era; the lecture finishes with a short account of the life and ministry of Wycliffe.
“ Useful. ” Interesting lecture about the spread of Christianity in the first Centuries, motives for this spread, persecutions, heresies and the battle for the truth.
“ Great love of God. ” Thanks to God that the atonement of Christ is not a tale, something too good to be true. Because of God's infinite love for His people, the sacrifice of Christ is good and true!
“ Hope. ” We are justified before God not because of our righteousness, but because of Christ's righteousness imputed to us. This is our hope when we sin - to remind us of our justification because of what Jesus did.
“ Sola Gratia. ” This message made me t understand again that I didn't deserve His forgiveness. I didn't deserve that He might die for my sins, to be broken under God's wrath for me and to say to me: "You are forgiven!" The tendency of my flesh is to say again and again: I have a little merit, for my services, for my little submission, for what I did for You. But no. I deserve only wrath and hell. All what I receive is from grace, free love.
“ Forgiveness. ” What an important lesson: what to do when we are sinning as Christians. Christ bore the punishment for our sins, He took away the guilt. Pride and unbelief can be obstacles in receiving God's forgiveness and in believing Romans 8:1.
