Great Sermon! This is wonderful sermon of God's glory through His grace given to us freely in Jesus.
It truly exalts God, and brings glory to Him. Truly enjoyed it. Gives great peace to the conscience in knowing God.
Great Sermon! Wonderful reassuring sermon of the greatness, sovereignty of God and of his faithfulness, inspite of our failings.
A message of wonderful assurance through the gift of Jesus to His people.
Enjoyed this sermon much.
Great Sermon! We heard this sequel to the earlier message of "satan's counterfeit" and it is absolutely necessary to hear this wonderful exposition by Pastor Jim Byrd.
We have never heard anything so clear on the Book of Revelation. How wonderful to know that God has placed us in the New Jerusalem for ever and ever.
Love in Christ, English Rose
Great Sermon! This passage from John 15 is wonderfuly laid out wiith great clarity here. Well worth listening again!
A good explaination of what is meant by fruit. To say that the branches bear the fruit but the father ( the husbandman) produces it within them brings an essential understanding.
Another important and rarely made point is " know them by their fruits" refers to false teachers and prophets bringing a false gospel, and not for the "branches" to judge esch other.
Great Sermon! Wow! what a message. After hearing this, you will have no doubts at all who the false church is, the counterfeit of satan.
Make sure you hear it.
God bless the Pastor for his straight talking, glorifying the true Lord of glory.
Love in Christ, English Rose & George
Great Sermon! Dear Pastor Jim, How blessed we are to receive this great message of the Vine and the Branches. I had completely missed the words "in me" in John 15 v. 2 and thank you for explaining it so well.
Thank you that you brought the scripture alive.
We are christians in England, who are confined to home, through illness on my part, but even so, there are no churches in our area in the truth. We rejoice to receive such ministry over the internet, and thank the Lord for your faithfulness. Love in Christ, English Rose
Great Sermon! very sobering words indeed! Pastor Byrd addresses the most ignored topic in all of scripture, namely false Christianity and Gods decree for it! May God awaken many to the wickedness of this apostate age!
An evening spent with friends... I think I have always misunderstood Hebrews 12:1, convinced that the "cloud of witnesses" meant all the unconverted people in our lives, watching, criticizing, condemning. But what joy to hear you say that these "witnesses" are the brethren who lived and died to teach us some great lesson about the LORD Jesus Christ. Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Sara, all the others listed in Hebrews 11 and throughout the entire Word of God - these all bear witness to us of some specific, glorious attribute of God in His gracious dealings with His loved ones. I thank you so much for teaching this to me, for now, I can run to Hebrews 12:1 with joy to find friends there, instead of cringing back from this verse, knowing how I disgrace my LORD before the eyes of strangers. It was so nice to spend the evening with friends (in heaven and on earth) last night as you were preaching in Almont, Michigan. Thank you so much.
Great Sermon! Thank you Brother Jim for this message. First time to hear how my name was already written down in the Book.
I am just realizing how wonderful God's true salvation is truly wonderful and all God's doing.
It has taken me 40 years to see this, and to surrender to Jesus.
This passage is so rich... We love to envision the many, many incredible events surrounding the birth of our LORD Jesus Christ - and find Matthew's account of the visit of the Magi entourage to be one of the most fascinating and awe-inspiring of all the events told to us! Thank you, Pastor Byrd, for the connection you pointed out concerning the prophet Daniel. This is such an incredible thread to consider! Oh! What great revelations we will enjoy throughout all eternity, as Christ unfolds to our waiting hearts, ALL that we wonder about as we read His Holy Word here on earth, seeing through a glass, darkly. We had a foretaste of the glory to come this evening, worshipping our God and Saviour with you all. May He bless us in the days to come, as we meditate upon the wonders of His grace. Goodnight.
Powerful Sermon! As Brother Jim said, Jesus Christ is ALL. The Holy Bible tells us that we must have Him as our Lord and Savior or perish. And our job, so to speak, is to desire to know Him better each day. And the great part of that is as we know Him better each day, we continue to want to know Him even more if we are one of His children. The Holy Bible will reveal more each time we read it.
Great Sermon! Bro Jim, being moved by the Spirit, brings such sound messages that invoke an intimacy with our Lord! His messages have helped to show me with a scriptural assurance, whom it is I belong to! Thank you Lord for faithful servants! Lord come quickly... COME!
