Zion: Then and Now
Pastor Ralph Ovadal
“ Great Sermon! ”
A thorough and concise refutation of Dispensational theology. Please beware of Zionist pastors on the radio and television who try to coax you into giving them money.

Thank you, Pastor Ovadal, for preaching your convictions on this. Your words were very thought-provoking and convicting, especially about what we are teaching our children in "observing" this season.

This is a good, balanced message on Christmas. Pastor Ovadal brings up some excellent points as to what Christmas really is and what its focus really is, really asking Christians to search their own hearts. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, give it a listen and search your own traditions and heart.

To Lay Hold on Eternal Life
Pastor Ralph Ovadal
“ Apprehend True Eternal Life! ”
This sermon is an outstanding look at what eternal life should mean to a Christian, and how far short beliefs can sometimes come. Listen and learn the true depths of eternal life! And maybe someone has found this site, or this sermon, and is not a Christian. Give this a listen, and learn about the true Christian hope of eternal life that is very different from what you may have heard!

Holding Rome as a true church and an effectual ally in the war on error (moral nd otherwise)is an error itself. Rome does not preach the apostolic gospel of grace, but her official teachings assert works of faith help merit eternal life (contra Rm. 4). What she most effectual fosters is faith and dependence in herself and ones own merits for salvation. As a force for morality, both personal testimony and every formal study i have read shows liberalism with it's attendant immoral positions thrives in ares where Romanism predominates (see Revealing Statistics at peacebyjesus.com). I live in one. Such is the case with a "form of religion" that denies the power thereof.

Resist the Pope! Don't be deceived by the conservative politicians, pastors, and commentators who support him!...and that includes Dobson and Billy Graham! The Pope has an agenda which will foster tyranny for evangelicals. The Pope calls himself the VICAR of Christ on Earth! It's a lie and a heresy! He is an imposter!

"We call this food Eucharist, and no one else is permitted to partake of it, except one who believes our teaching to be true and who has been washed in the washing which is for the remission of sins and for regeneration [i.e., has received baptism] and is thereby living as Christ enjoined. For not as common bread nor common drink do we receive these; but since Jesus Christ our Savior was made incarnate by the word of God and had both flesh and blood for our salvation, so too, as we have been taught, the food which has been made into the Eucharist by the Eucharistic prayer set down by him, and by the change of which our blood and flesh is nurtured, is both the flesh and the blood of that incarnated Jesus" (First Apology 66 [A.D. 151]).

The Serpent's Hiss
Pastor Ralph Ovadal
“ Great Sermon! ”
Christians ought to listen to this - "this Bible perversion" is something called God's Word - I was unfamiliar with it, but Pastor Ovadal's discussion is a fascinating look at not just how the Bible is being watered down, but the very assault on the foundations of our Occidental civilization - the translators not only do not want to use words with precise meanings, they do not want to use English words derived from Latin. My eyes were opened by this sermon.

“ Very Informative ”
A very informative two-part lecture on the causes, connections and major players in the centuries old bloodshed and political intrigue on the island of Ireland. This is information which is generally suppressed within the so-called media of today. May indeed the LORD be gracious to send us revival and His healing truth.

I didn't know much about what was going on in Nothern Ireland. This presentation puts America's freedom of religion into perspective, and shows a different Christianity where Christians pay a price for their beliefs. Along with this sermon, I found a book "Teach Yourself The History Of Ireland" -- I do not know how good the material in this book is (anyone from Northern Ireland want to review it?), but it does help put the people, groups, dates, and places into context. This is extremely helpful background information for me. I would recommend skimming a book like this before listening to the lecture if you are not familiar with the Irish situation, to get more out of the talk.

I only wish more Reformed believers would take time to listen to both part 1 and 2 to understand the real issues regarding bible translations. Both sermons will cause so many serious questions that need to be answered and so much relevant and interesting factual information that you just might not have previously heard on the blurb of those new versions or from Pastor! Excellent sermons from the same reformed WCF Protestant view as The Trinitarian Bible Society! http://www.tbs-sales.org/

“ More sermons needed like this! ”
I couldn't concur more with Pastor Ralph. I truly appreciate more pastors speaking out against this fraudulent junk of the Roman Catholic Church. There is nothing Christain about it. There is no TRUTH to found and yet so many people have been seduced by satan and what's even more unconscionable is the fact that our leading Evangelical Brothers have come along side the Catholic Church in an alliance for so called "morality". ECT (Evangelicals and Catholics coming together) document is no equal partnership, but a one way street to Rome and Rome will gain final control to usurp and dominate the world (Rev. 17). There must be an urgency in true believers to warn continually against this blantant apostasy and to earnestly contend for the faith once for all delivered unto the saints. In you love Christ, you will be loyal to His Truth at all cost. No amount of money, political clout , or power can temp you to commit treason against Jesus Christ. Like Peter, these "new Evangelicals", as they are called, have betrayed our Lord and have denied Him. I pray for repentence from the likes of Billy Graham, Pat Robertson, Chuck Colson, James Dobson, J.I. Packer, and so many more and most importantly I pray for courage; for that is what is needed today. You can not compromise with the devil.

As usual, great teaching from Pastor Ovadal! True Christians must resist the lie that the Roman Catholic Church represents Christ. Furthermore, we must pray for the salvation of those who are under the spell of the papacy.

Ye That Tremble at His Word
Pastor Ralph Ovadal
“ Great Sermon! ”
I agree with the thrust of this sermon - that the text of the original Bible needs to be translated word-for-word and accurately. There are too many translations now that take liberties with the Bible's meaning. Over the years, I've really come to understand just how important this is. Also, I'd really like a KJV defender to give me more information about two things: (1) Why do KJV defenders believe using the KJV implies a person has sound doctrine? My experience has been that doctrinal errors come from KJV users as much as anyone (especially the Word of Faith movement, which has all but replaced Christianity as America's belief system), and correct doctrine comes from NKJV,ESV, etc users; and (2) instead of dying over and over on the hill of trying to get people to use a translation they simply don't understand, why don't KJV defenders pool their resources and create a modern, readable, understandable translation based on the TR? The KJV may be perfect, but it is so antique that people don't understand it. Wasn't the Reformation meant to give us the Bible in our own language? If the NKJV and ESV are not acceptable, why not create a translation that is? I'm really curious about this.
