Great Sermon Series I've enjoyed this series, especially the 4th lecture where Pastor Weaver goes into the four types of law - the first three humanistic and the fourth, Biblical Law. This is Law School the way it ought to be!
Powerful message that sinners should hear I always thought that something was wrong with "God loves the sinners but hates the sin." Now I know that that is taken out of context of the Holy
Bible's message. That only applies to
God's accepted children. Otherwise God
hates the unrepentant sinners. If God
loves the sinners why did He destroy them all with the flood? Why did He
destroy them all in Sodom? God hates
sinners because they sin and God cannot tolerate sin before Him. Sinners have to realize that God is against sin and those who commit sin.
Great Sermon! According to the IRS,501 c-3 Christian churches, ministries, and organizations may not:... This is not so, as pastor Weaver has pointed out, the Christian Church should not be a 501-c-3 in the first place. A Christian Church CAN do all the things that this list said it can not do. A 501-c-3 charity can not. Thank you Pastor Weaver for all your insight to the true nature of Godly Government.
Great Sermon! Mr. Weaver touched on some very important themes here but I would have liked him to engage with the notion that the Civil War (or the War Of Northern Aggression) settled the state's rights issue.
Regrettably, the state's rights position has been forever intertwined with a hollow excuse for justifying slavery and later Jim Crow laws in the South. Also regrettable has been the history of some preachers who actually used the Bible to sanction the institution slavery--an institution that had more to do with economics and lees with any genuine support from the Bible.
This is regrettable because I believe with Mr. Weaver that state's rights is a marvelous mechanism by which to check the coercive power of the state. The Founders were indeed very wise in this matter. However, we need to extricate it from all the excess baggage it has accumulated over the years and I am not sure the Biblical route Mr. Weaver has chosen is the best way.
The Founders spoke about "nature and nature's laws" as a way of buttressing their arguments for liberty. In using this phrase the Founders were appealing to Natural Law which applies equally to all men and women regardless of race or religion.
In a pluralistic society like ours this may be more persuasive and less subject to the old baggage.
Pay attention to these words! Why has your great country become odious in the eyes of other peoples is because of what it has become under the tyranny of federalism that exerts its will internationally as a tool in the hands of an invisable elite. The press which is controlled by these people will no longer speak up. You must put this address in the hands of your citizens, your neighbours yourselves. Secondly you must weep, pray, and repent like Nehemiah that you may once again be a light in this lost world of despotic governments.
Great Sermon! One of the best sermons on the issue of REAL sacrifice...once again, Bro Weaver is well read, well studied, and well documented in his telling of the Christian's plight in the Southland.
Razor no more... Brother John - Thank you very much for this message which has brought to light a very obscure truth in our generation. I have never had a beard, never wanted one and honestly prefer to be clean-shaven. Now I see how this is yet another area of my life where I have been deceived by the enemy and our wicked and adulterous unisex generation. Thanks to bro Slattery for mentioning this message in one of his radio interviews. I put my razor and shaving cream in the closet today so as to get my life more in conformity with God's patter for Biblical manhood. Peace in Jesus the Messiah.
RARE SERMON, which makes it great! This is an eye-opener, readily demonstrating the Scriptural position that the unbelievers will be taken out before the Believers. Of course, this is totally opposite from Dispensationalism, which opposition further authenticates the ring of truth of the message to all who have ears to hear.

Complain of government persecution ,such as happened at Waco, Ruby Ridge, and elsewhere
Isa 59:14 - And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
Wonderful Message About Loving One Another! This is a humbling sermon that cuts to the heart regarding unity and division among the Body. Pastor Weaver often says in other sermons that as Christians we must stand together or hang separately and that it was division in the Church in this country that led to all of these other divisions and factions we all see today in the States. We need to ask ourselves, 'How important is this difference?' Pagans are watching us to see how we love one another... or how we don't. Like Pastor Weaver's other sermons, this is worth listening to over and over again!
A Powerful Message Series Part 1 is going to lead the listener to follow through with Parts 2 through 5 on this series, in order to learn all the ways that God is SLOWLY pouring out his wrath, and bringing judgement on the USA (and perhaps other nations in the world in the process). In listening to all five messages, I don't see how any can be refuted, or not be viewed to be occurring in the present. Marana tha, and may God have mercy on our souls!
Great Sermon! I'm enjoying your series on the Lord's Supper, and I really enjoyed this sermon in particular and the rich meaning involved as to why as God's People use wine at the Lord's Table. Our family continues to be edifyed and blessed by your bold, caring and precious preaching, Pastor Weaver. May God bless you, your family and your church unto a thousand generations and longer.
