Great Sermon! JoeyTX. I think you missed the entire point. My commentary was not about Miley, it was about how logical thinking is missing in our culture and how that kind of thinking is more present in the church then it should be. Not sure how that point did not come across since I stated that on multiple occasions during the program.
Great Sermon! This sermon was very convicting for me! I am on Facebook constantly and I don't read my book bible and I don't read it as often as I do! I honestly haven't done those bible study methods even though I've listened to them. Why? Because I have a technological device attached to my time for God and His Word! Thanks Trevor Hammack for uploading this! Facebook reminds me of Vanity Fair in Pilgrims Progress!!
big mouth ..not you, Mr. Hammack. :) Pat is "just off". The big bang would not have been "very good", particularly when macro evolution is totally contradictory to God's Word..death and dying before sin??? It would be an excellent idea for Robertson to actually do some research and even check out what creation scientists have to say. I'm not sure why a professing christian like Robertson would just speak out on something before examining it, though I'm not surprised considering the source. Check out Ken Ham's www.answersingenesis.org site and then take it to task (if you can, Pat). I'd venture to say that even the Nye guy would have a problem refuting the scientists on that site. The Bible is true and, of course, fits very nicely into what we observe.
Thank you Mr.Hammack for sharing and have fun with your anthropology project. Keep warm.
Great Sermon! I was planning on checking facebook while listening! Oh, my! I needed to hear this. For a while now, I've been thinking the Lord has been trying to tell me that facebook has become too important to me, but I was ignoring Him. Thank you!
Great Sermon! WHO ranks The Pill as a Group 1 carcinogen. Millions take it, not because of health, but to extinguish pregnancy.
It's no wonder why the WHO is making this preemptive public service announcement: "Cancer cases expected to surge by 57%." They want The Pill's morbidity and mortality to be folded into a few of the other lifestyle-induced cancers.
And with Melinda Gates spreading The Pill (and its derivatives) throughout Africa, cancer is sure to consume in the next twenty years what The Pill didn't.
