Great Sermon! Dear Pastor, God bless you for preaching Christ and give Him all the glory! I am a missionary pastor in Africa (thank God for the internet). This evening your voice brought comfort and strength to mu spirit. May God bless you with the blessings of Christ! Lia Leigh.
Great Sermon! Brother Hal, Thank you for speaking up on this very relevant issue. The charismatic worship style has won over the Calvinists who have no regulative principle, and Calvinism has won over those who just enjoy being radical and different from the rest (or so it seems to me). God help us!
Great Sermon! Hello,
Thanks for your contribution, I was encouraged to hear you are a calvinist,I too espouse these great new testament teachings of Election,Justification, and Glorification. I also espouse the rest of the New Testament too, all of it...
I will keep an eye Out for your mess ages gain?
Paul T Rogers
Great Sermon! Thanks for having these sermons available for upload. I just had our second baby and he is only 1 week old so I did not go to church today. It was such a blessing to be able to share in your service today. It made me miss Hal's preaching and miss "home." Hope all is well.
A Needed Sermon! In this message, Bro. Brunson deals with the heart of the issue of repentance and brokenness before God. Unless the sinner so definitely sees his sin and need, he will never be humiliated enough to seek salvation altogether outside himself. But the broken heart comes to God confessing its own inability, and crying to the LORD for mercy. Thank you, Pastor Brunson, and thank God for this clear Gospel message!
A Blessing! I greatly enjoyed this message and felt that this dear old Baptist preacher of Texas was blessed to set forth here the contrast between the JESUS OF GOD'S WORD and the many pseudo-Jesuses presented in today's popular Arminian and easy-believe evangelism. Hope you will listen to this message and pass along the recommendation.
Great Sermon! The Lord has been pleased through brother Brunson's ministry to immensely bless me. The blessed truths of God's word is proclaimed boldly without comprimise through brother Hal. In submission to my husband I attend an Arminian Baptist Missionary Church. The Lord saved me about eighteen years ago and has sent sound teachings through different means for my edification and instructions in the truths of our Lord.
I am so thankful for the opportunity to have access to sermonaudio any time day or night. I pray that the Lord will continue to bless this ministry and in the lives of brother Hal and his wife Judy..
Good Sermon! The topic might sound trite, Brunson admits, but it's not.
Prov. 20 is a great passage of Scripture and the sermon proves the old adage, 'garbage in, garbage out.'
Incidentally, particularly like this verse:
"Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, but who can find a faithful man?"
my soul embraced it. Nothing within this sermon to cause confusion, or debate. It was biblical and it was well said. The preacher was made little as God's Word was made huge. My soul was fed graciously. thank you.
Hello, we listened to most of your teaching and enjoyed hearing about the godly influences that inspired men like Handel to write The Messiah. We had to stay home due to icestorms last night, we will listen again. Please pray for us as I will leave tomorrow to investigate missionary service opportunities in Mexico.
Back to basis Back to basis...Salvation is by Gods grace, and that the preaching of the gospel is the means how God brings lost souls to Himself, and the gospel is the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. For those of us who are saved, then as we passed by it meant something to us,but for the lost,oh preaching is foolishness. Please Lord save many this day such as should be...to the glory of thy name.
