Very useful message. This is a long, but very useful and good message. Some years ago I also listened to compromised preachers and wrote appreciative comments to their sermons. When I saw their compromise I had to decide to listen no more to them and to read no more their books. I do not want their spirituality. Today I threw away two books written by the preacher mentioned in this sermon. They were books on Reformed and Puritan theology, good books, but my conscience didn't let me to read, quote or recommend his books anymore.
Useful. Very good the comments of the study Bibles. People are discouraged to study the Bible for themselves. They just take for themselves what another man said. Interesting, and, in a sense, awful, the report from 1996.
Great Sermon! I have mixed ideas on this- in uk there are no Christian schools so the only option is home education. I'm not sure that I would have made a very good job of home educating. I did have a horrific experience if state school and as the other commentator really. I do think that children need experience of the world. In an ideal world there would be local Christian schools ?
Great Message! Amen! I served on a government school board from 1994 - 2000, and while things were not nearly as wicked as they are today, the animosity shown toward me and other Christians by the educators was shocking. Parental rights were laughed at and those who dared to speak out on the ungodly curriculum were demonized. The public schools in America are no place for Christian children to be educated.
Discernment Greatly Needed! According to Benny Hinn himself, his anointing comes when he visits the graves of Aimee Semple McPherson and Kathryn Kuhlman! His many false predictions and unbiblical teaching expose him as a false prophet!! Read your Bible and stay away from the heretic Hinn!!!
Great Sermon! As Pastor Ralph says, today we have so much more written Scripture to read and understand than did they in the days of Noah, yet we are sinning as much if not more than in Noah's days. So I think our judgment will be greater and swifter. So we should be thankful for all we have to know about Christ Jesus and Salvation and receive it all before it's too late.
Powerful Sermon! It you're into sports, as I am, this sermon opened my spiritual eyes as to the deeper meaning of our nation's love of sports. When most of the popular sports events happen on a Sunday, we as Christians have to see this as a total distraction of what Christ preached about the Sabbath. We are doing a huge disservice when we equate Christ and sports and the Spiritual message that should be taught in an honest way. The mixture is profane and not Christian and it takes away our possibility to show non-Christians how to see and accept Christ Jesus. It's a powerful message that most Christians have never heard or understood before. Thank you Pastor Ralph.
