Please Continue to Expose More of These Subjects! Pastor Ovadal,
I hope you will continue to expose things like this, and often. So few preachers will touch subjects like these, but it needs to be done! Like the other comments here, I soooo long for deep serious fellowship, but where to find? ... Nobody seems to want to take a stand for anything, let alone righteousness and the Gospel. Concerned that my wife doesn't even truly understand me, and my desire to be a godly man and spiritual leader. I have no one to support me in leading a Biblical lifestyle and standing for truth. So, please continue to be a light, Pastor Ovadal.
A Magnificent Wedding Sermon What a wedding sermon this was. It was indeed a wonderful decision by the couple getting married to ask for this type of sermon. What a truly magnificent sermon that was provided. Many thanks for preaching and providing it.
Very useful message. This is a long, but very useful and good message. Some years ago I also listened to compromised preachers and wrote appreciative comments to their sermons. When I saw their compromise I had to decide to listen no more to them and to read no more their books. I do not want their spirituality. Today I threw away two books written by the preacher mentioned in this sermon. They were books on Reformed and Puritan theology, good books, but my conscience didn't let me to read, quote or recommend his books anymore.
Useful. Very good the comments of the study Bibles. People are discouraged to study the Bible for themselves. They just take for themselves what another man said. Interesting, and, in a sense, awful, the report from 1996.
Great Sermon! I have mixed ideas on this- in uk there are no Christian schools so the only option is home education. I'm not sure that I would have made a very good job of home educating. I did have a horrific experience if state school and as the other commentator really. I do think that children need experience of the world. In an ideal world there would be local Christian schools ?
