What a blessing... ” I have heard the subject of faith preached on many times. I think I finally got a glimpse of how simple it really is. Childlike faith. "What is this believing? This believing is just a childlike trust. That is all it is. You tell your little children, “Now we are going to eat at 6 o’clockâ€�. I guarantee you 6 o’clock rolls around and they are going to be at the table. Why? Because they believe you. They go to bed and they don’t worry all night long because they know their Dad and Mommy is right in here in this next room. They are going to be here when I wake up. They believe. That is what it means to believe on Christ. It is a child like trust." - that illustration FINALLY boiled it down for me. It is SOO contrary to my nature. It really is.
