“ A Challenging Life ” This part of the biography of Spurgeon is a source of great lesson for all of us. We all experience criticisms in our ministry in one way or another. But as we remain faithful to the lord and in His truth, He will fight for us and the truth will set us free. This is what Spurgeon has experienced in his growth to maturity, a fitting example for us all to follow.
“ Helpful thanks ” Reminded me that I need to get hold of a copy of Baxter's Directory! But thanks Michael for applying Baxter so helpfully for me. It will be worth sharing Baxter's lessons with my congregation.
