GOD HAS SPOKEN LOUD AND CLEAR !! God has said that marriage is binding until DEATH. It is a violation of HIS WORD to divorce and remarry. Shame on Pastor Baucham and all others who are giving the stamp of approval to those who are remaining remarried, and in so doing, denying that their first marriage is still binding in God's sight. Romans 7:2,3--For the woman which hath an husband IS BOUND BY THE LAW TO HER HUSBAND AS LONG AS HE LIVETH; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. So then, IF, WHILE HER HUSBAND LIVETH, SHE BE MARRIED TO ANOTHER MAN, SHE SHALL BE CALLED AN ADULTERESS: but if her husband be dead, she is free from the law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. God has spoken and HE IS THE FINAL AUTHORITY on the matter, not man! And, He has further said--"...adulterers...shall NOT inherit the kingdom of God." 1 Cor. 6:9-10 Take the matter of divorce/remarriage very serious because GOD DOES!!
Great Sermon! If you divorce and remarry knowing that God hates it (and please don't wiggle out by saying that you were not a believer, that you were ignorant about the things that God hates, ...), then you sinned against your spouse and God. Knowing this, what will you now do?
Great Sermon! As important as church membership is it is not required for salvation and gaining entrance into Heaven. The only requirement there is for salvation and gaining entrance into Heaven is for one to embrace Jesus Christ as ones Savior and Lord.
Great Sermon! Johnathan, please check to make sure I am not misrepresenting Scripture, but I believe the two passages outside of I Corinthians 13 are addressed to or by God Himself. He is not limited by human nature or flesh, and He absolutely can choose to forget. Are you saying that you do not remember a single time in your life when someone sinned against you? That is an honest question, and I am not trying to stir the pot for the sake of an argument. If so, please share with me the Scriptures that helped that take place. I would be very interested in that. Not keeping track of wrongs is different that actually and fully forgetting something. It's like my enemy saying something unkind, but I do not keep a notebook with hash marks in it so I know exactly how many times he/she has done that specific thing. If we could be perfect on our own, we would not need the indwelling of the Holy Ghost to sanctify us or the blood and resurrection of Christ to save us.
Great Sermon! Awesome. Love your sermons. Anybody having problems downloading? My phone downloads as .mpga files and its not named right. Makes it difficult to find and listen to after downloading and therefore causes playlist issues.. maybe I'm the only one?
Amen! What an amazing and Spirit-filled sermon! I'm married and was searching for something to begin the healing in my marriage and just as always, God was right on time! He lead me to this sermon and though His Word, I proclaim our marriage will never be the same again!
A Must Hear Sermon on Sharing the Gospel! May this message reach to the ends of the earth and be an encouragement to all about the importance of sharing the Gospel! God has blessed our family these past couple of years through fostering children and sharing the Gospel to all who have come into our home. We are currently in the process of "legally" adopting our 2 beautiful girls that came into our life over a year ago. This message has hit a lot of the issues that we have seen while fostering and adopting. This message has so much wisdom and truth that I have to listen to it over and over again. -with God’s love, The Bulow Family of 7
A Classic! What do God's children do with this kind of truth? We say Amen, and conduct ourselves accordingly. Away with the lie of "separation of church and state". Brother Voddie illustrates the absurdity of the prevailing mindset on this issue. Another "must hear!"
Great Sermon! Great Sermon... in light of some other things I am hearing preached nowadays.. this sermon firmly puts the fovus back on God.. and the things He will do despite us... thanks for making your sermons available..
