“ PREACH, Pastor Ralph!!! ”
Kind of ironic that the little quote at the bottom of this page as I prepare to listen to another of Pastor Ovadal's courageous truth-telling messages is this... "Union is the ground of communion. ... John Trapp" Can someone tell me who this Trapp character is?? Hopefully he is someone from the past who is doctrinally sound in his theology, that quote is drawn out of context, and he was writing/speaking of the unity of the true Body of Christ which Jesus prayed for in John chapter 15. I hope all who receive the Weekly Email from SermonAudio will take the time to listen to this, and many other of Ralph Ovadal's messages. Hopefully many will "get off their spiritual duffs" and join us in pushing for the much-needed Reformation!! CONFRONT the pastors of your local churches. Do as Scripture COMMANDS, and "contend for the faith, ONCE delivered." (Jude 3)

“ Profound Perspective:Powerful! ”
America is under the wrath of God:He" did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea" (Is. 9) For, as Ezek.16:"48As I live, saith the Lord GOD, Sodom thy sister hath not done, she nor her daughters, as thou hast done, thou and thy daughters." Is.9: 16 "For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed." Tomorrow's U.S.'day of prayer' includes NO call for repentance:! Is.1:15"And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood. 16Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil; " Amen Brother Ralph!

Very good information to know. I had my suspicions about Rick Warren and now they have been confirmed. Pastor Ralph did it again. Keep exposing error and rebuking!!

If this sermon doesn't wake a person up to the reality of hell I don't know what will. This sermon has motivated me to tell all who I love that they need Jesus because hell is so horrible, and it is just as our Lord Jesus Christ described it in the Bible.

“ Disheartening At Times ”
So sorry to hear of additional evangelicals who've turned ecumenical. It's disheartening at times, yet reminds us of just exactly what hour we're in. I am actually shocked to hear the hate mail you read at the start of your sermon. It brought me spiritually right into Matt.24:9. One can hear the hate and gnashing of teeth that the writers are filled with. Even though I know how far from the truth the church in America is, your mail somehow made it REAL, like right in my face! We had better get prepared to face what is to come; and pray that we would be found worthy to escape it. God Bless and Keep you and your family under His Mighty Wing

“ Good Message! ”
Listen to this good sermon today and repent of your dead works to serve the living, true God...; ¶Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God... Hebrews 6:1...Sometimes even our tears need to be repented of. As a former Arminian, I would crucify the Son of God afresh....(over and over again) as I went forward to the "altar" at church time after time - to be "saved again and again"...etc. Hebrews 6:6 ....They crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame... By simple child-like faith, Lay hold on the imputed Righteousness of Christ today, and you will have no fear of ever "falling away"; God's perfect Love casts out all fear and torment!

“ Great Sermon! ”
Amen brother! Excellent message! Thank you for defending the great doctrine of our eternal justification by the imputed Righteouness of Christ - received by faith alone, without works! As a former lost Arminian, this is the wonderful truth that gave me full assurance of an eternal salvation and set me free from the bondage of legalism and a "doing good works" doctrine! Once God opened my blinded eyes, this verse that you gave us is now one of my favorites: Isaiah 61:10 ... ¶...My soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness...etc. Yes, Christ is our Righteousness, and it is eternal and can never be "lost"... 1 Corinthians 1:30 ... But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption... Sad to say, for many wasted years I was "going about to establish my own righteousness"... Romans 10:3...  ¶ For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God...!

“ Great Sermon! ”
Excellent sermon! Listen and learn! A complete history is given of the rise of liberalism and humanism that floods our modern day ecumenical "churches" today! (I always wondered about the "Christian world view".....even before hearing this good message!) Galatians 3:1 .... ¶...O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth...? Sad to say, most modern-day "christians" are bewitched by Romanism and do not know it. This good pastor is not affraid to speak out against the sins of our day, and yet he cares about the lost souls of men and women - so as to go out and witness to others and pass out gospel tracts, etc. Yes, we sure need a new reformation today of the reformed faith and the Good News of the wonderful Sovereign Grace of God! An excellent application is made of the words of Christ in ...Matthew 23:37 .... O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! He states that this verse refer to the professing christians of today! Very true! Yes, we want a Saviour as a Prophet and a Priest, but not as a King (to rule and reign over us in our daily lives)!

“ Great Sermon! ”
Excellent preaching! May God continue to bless your ministry! Everyone should hear this good sermon....True conversion today is rare and difficult; make sure you have not just believed the "easy-believism gospel" of Arminianism...etc. There was a time when I thought I was "saved"...but I knew nothing about God's imputed Righteousness, so was deceived and still lost, but knew it not! Sad to say, most churches today just preach the "social gospel", and not the true Gospel of God's Wonderful Sovereign Grace! They do not tell people about the doctrine of election and the particular Atonement of Christ for His sheep... see John 10:11...

The Pope's Death: A Defining Moment

“ A must hear sermon! ”
A sound biblical voice and a candle in the evangelical darkness. There is an interesting headline 09/04 The Daily Telegraph: 'MAKE HIM SAINT, THE PEOPLE CRY...' and then a photo of a mass crowd of scarlet and purple arrayed Archbishops, bishops and priests surrounding a dolly (image) hanging from a cross. The caption underneath:' Five Kings, 6 Queens, 70 Presidents and primeministers, together with representatives of the world's major religions, gather...for the funeral of Pope John Paul II.' Truly the imagery of Revelation..Rev 17, 18 etc Rather:'Crucify Him, Crucify Him' cried the chief priests and the rulers and the people..may we take heed that the world blinded by the father of lies will go after antichrist... but will hate Christ and hate (persecute) His true followers. This sermon gives a good understanding of things that need to be rightly discened...may there be more such dissenting voices!

I really liked this no-nonsense approach of calling a spade a spade. There was no ax to grind here, no over warmth of passion, just a good Bible study and the hard truth. The arguments are very convincing.

“ Terrific! ”
Greatly appreciate Pastor Ralph Ovadal making this available online for all to hear! The media called today's funeral of the Pope the largest in the world. Too bad the same number of people probably won't hear this discussion. An ex-priest how Roman Catholic theology confuses the God, the Holy Spirit, with the Pope in its misunderstanding of the Vicar of Christ. The ex-priest also shares other practices that he notes do not glorify Christ, such as the obligation of confessing your sins to a priest. (I John 2:4) As the ex-priest notes: "It is no church, it is no system that saves people ... Any system that would propse to take the place of the [true] Vicar of Christ is literally soul-daming." Share this one with your Roman Catholic friends/family.

“ Great Sermon! ”
This message is an important one to hear, from one man who was once an RC priest Richard Bennett, now delivered - praise God - and now a staunch bastion for Protestant Reformed Christianity. The broadcast interview held by Pastor Ovadal, another staunch upholder of the truth in the face of the neo-evangelical ecumenical blast which has taken much of the wayward Western so-called protestant church into captivity. The message is a timely exposure of the Romish pagan practises. Our prayers should be for these men and for more like these to be raised up to renew the reformation.

“ Worthwhile listening! ”
Given the present condition of the pope, this program is very worthwhile listening. It is very helpful in understanding the very corrupt process we are about to witness in Rome with the passing of one pope and the election of another.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Pastor Ovadal, Thank you for being courageous by presenting this message. Whenever something contrary to a Neo-Evangelical personality is voiced, accusations of negativity soon follow. If Billy Graham states that Fulton Sheen and the Pope - Roman Catholic devoted to the Catholic Goddess Virgin Mary (the unbliblical Mary) - are born-again Christians, I boldly disagree with that. When I mention the changes made in modern "Bibles" I am called divisive. The introduction of the new versions caused the division before I was born! They're not even translated from the same underlying texts. E.g., the New King James Version states in the foreword of my study Bible that all Bibles use basically the same New Testament texts, then goes on to list an eclectic set of texts (different from the TR) that it refers to throughout the remainder of the book. That kind of duplicity leads to confusion. Thank the Lord Jesus Christ that some pastors aren't afraid to take a stand on these issues. False unity is not Biblical. Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with false apostles leads to corruption. I'm encouraged in the Lord by this message: it's a hard saying, but it's true, and the truth shall make you free. Keep preaching brother Ovadal, and stay encouraged! Yours in Christ, S.Jefferson
