Great Sermon! Thank you Dr. Lawson for you message autopsy of a dead heart. I teach Sunday School and listen to this message in
Reference to Hebrews chapter 3. Your message is a great help as I study. I'm also sending your message to several people. Thank you so
much and may God Bless you and your continued work.
Praise the Lord for Dr. Lawson's clear, hard hitting preaching! Our family is not able to attend the conference this year (1st time since the conference began), but we are tuning in via SermonAudio.com. We love Dr. Lawson and Anne and the folks at CFBC! We continue to remember you all in our prayers-may the Lord bless you as you enjoy His Word.
Great Sermon! As God always does when I feel myself beginning to panic over the pressures of work, he put this message before me and enabled me to put everything in perspective once again - everything is to be considered loss compared to the gain that is in Christ Jesus. I just lost a son but he went to be with Jesus. Gain. I am left with a big mess but Christ will lead me thru it successfully and peacefully. Gain. I love you Lord Jesus and I love your word.
Great Sermon! I am a 65 year old man who suffers bad health and am quite disabled so I can rarely get to Church nowadays. So most Sundays I listen to a Sermon on my kindle. Today I listened to your Sermon on the Coming Final Persecution. I was extremely blessed by it, and the Holy Spirit ministered to me through it.So thank you for preaching so truthfully and may the Lord continue to bless you in your teaching - Bob
No Faith PLUS Works! Amen to Dr Lawson for preaching so clearly on this important topic. We are so biblically illiterate that we do not recognize the 'another gospel' and the finite seriousness of it. Woe to any of us who preach 'Faith PLUS Works' - the Roman Catholic church, the Christianized 12-Step ministries, the unequally yoking of the Gospel with any man-made or man-centered theologies, traditions, philosophies and psychologies. Let them be accursed Paul warns - we must repent now, turn from our sin and turn to the One - the Only One - Who died for our sins - Jesus Christ. There is no time after we die. This is serious!
Great Sermon! Thank you Pastor Lawson. I have been struggling in my mind to understand the true meaning of the journey from no fruit to much fruit & to His love & to the fullness of joy. You have given me enough points to ponder upon & reform my life. Thank you very much.
Great Sermon! I was very touched by this sermon, and have listened to it three times. The later few minutes was extremely powerful! I am part of a church plant .from the onset we need to be "addicted to prayer" and to the reading of His Word. I had never thought if Pentecost being all about Christ. Thank you for this sermon brother Ferguson.
Great Sermon! This has been extremely helpful to me! I wish only that I had known about Dr Lawson, this sermon, and Sermon Audio years ago, but I only got WIFI and an iPad this last December and have been slowly discovering the wonderful resources available to me. As the only committed Christian in my family and surrounded by unbelievers, many of whom are Catholics, I have been at a loss as to how to reach them for Christ. I have listened to this sermon 3 or 4 times, and now I am going to listen again and take notes. Such good reminders and exhortations!
Convicting Sermon! Dr.Lawson, we spoke briefly about judgement at Ligonier Conference this past Friday, and I want to thank you for your Sermon on it in this posting. As providence would have it, you answered my question about "all roads leading to God as Judge" beautifully in this sermon! Thank you for making the distinction between the Bema Seat of Christ and the Great White Throne of Judgement. What's more you challenged me to muse deeply on whether or not I am living life as passionately for Christ as my Lord calls me to live and give an account for how I use it! Thank you for your passionate plea!
