Introduction The vision for WORLDMISSION began some twenty five years ago as God placed that word on the heart of Bob Phillips. It was inspired by the name WORLD TEAM, a mission organization in Coral Gables Florida, where Bob had friends. The idea of a Caribbean Retreat Center where Missionaries, Pastors and regular Tourist’s could come. A Baptist Seminary was part of that dream where young preachers could be trained and sent out to spread the Gospel. For some twenty years God let this dream lay dormant in Bob’s heart, like Moses waiting in the wilderness for all those years until God came to him and told him to go to Egypt.
