Basic Information
Introduction
We are pleased that you are visiting the website of Ballston Center Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Ours is an historic church, founded in 1775. We have been proclaiming repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ for over 225 years. We believe the Bible to be God's Word, Jesus Christ to be the Savior of his people, and the church to be the ordinary means through which people know, love and serve God. We are committed to the historic, Christian Faith as given in the Holy Scripture and summarized in the Creeds and Confessions of the Church
The Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church has a rich and distinguished heritage. The church traces its roots to Scotland and the Covenanter and Seceeder movements of the 17th and 18th centuries. Today we have missionaries and churches around the world.
Biblical preaching, teaching and fellowship characterize the ministry of Ballston Center A.R.P. Church. We seek to make the Bible understandable and applicable to all areas of life through our worship services, Sunday Church School for all ages, youth groups, home Bible Studies, special interest Bible Studies and family programs.
Our purpose as a church is to know, follow and proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ in worship, fellowship and service. We want you to know that you are welcome, whoever you are and wherever you may be from, to join us in joyfully following our risen Lord!
Service Times
Christian education classes start at 9:15am on Sunday. Our Sunday worship service begins at 10:30am.
