Basic Information

Introduction Providence Reformed Church is an organic member of the Reformed Church in the United States (RCUS) whose roots goes back to the sixteenth century Protestant Reformation. We are indebted to such men as Luther, Zwingli, Knox, and Calvin who directed the church back to the teachings of the Holy Scriptures. German immigrants of the Calvinistic faith established our first congregations in Pennsylvania in the early 1700’s.
