Basic Information

Introduction McIlwain Presbyterian Church exists to proclaim Christ - biblically, faithfully, by God's grace alone and to His glory alone - to the Body of Christ at McIlwain Presbyterian Church and to the communities in which we live and have influence. We seek to proclaim Christ by: - leading the Covenant community in biblically-directed corporate worship that is Christ-centered and confessional, - discipling individuals and families for a maturing faith through the teaching of God's Word, - equipping the Covenant community for Christ-like service, prayer and leadership, - shepherding the Covenant community with pastoral care and encouragement, - seeking opportunities for the Gospel through community involvement in East Hill, Pensacola and the world that is genuine, respectful and loving. "And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul....And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they receved their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people.
