Introduction The Reformed Bible Church In Central Virginia (RBCCV) bases it's doctrines upon the principles of the European Reformation of the 16th Century. Using the regulative principle of the Reformation worship and life, The RBC subscribes to the foundations of Sola Fide, Sola Gracia, Solus Christus, Sola Scriptura, and Soli Deo Gloria (Only Faith – Only Grace – Only Christ – Only Scripture – Only for the Glory of God). In July of 2002, Pastor Paul founded the Institute for Theonomic Reformation (ITR). With a strong emphasis upon the Cultural Mandate of Genesis 1:28 to subdue and take dominion over the earth, the ITR and the RBCCV labor together to bring the fullness of the Kingdom’s Glory to the nations through pro-active obedience to the Cultural Mandate of the Holy Scriptures.
