Introduction
Grace Bible Chapel had its beginning in November 2000. Eleven families met for thanksgiving and fellowship, and out of that joyous meeting a church was formed.
We seek first and foremost to know and honor God, and have chosen as our theme "That I may know Him" from Philippians 3:10. We hold a very high view of the Scripture as the Word of God. It is the revelation of Jesus Christ, and is sufficient for all we need regarding true faith and practice. Music, Scripture reading, prayer, and a diligent study of the Word of God characterize our services. As a family of believers, we love one another and seek to help and encourage one another in our daily lives, and in our walk with the Lord. In 2005 we became members of the Fellowship of Independent Reformed Evangelicals (FIRE). Through FIRE, we fellowship with other churches because of our beliefs in the timeless "Doctrines of Grace" and the "Five Solas" that were identified as significant anchors of faith at the time of the reformation of the church in the 16th century.
The ministries at Grace Bible Chapel center around the foundation of God's Word with a desire to make followers of Jesus Christ, bring them to maturity, and to edify, encourage, and be a blessing to others. The church has sought to provide opportunities for service that are biblical, impacting, and important in the family of God's people. We serve together as a body - building up, caring for, praying for, and fellowshipping together. This requires a variety of ministries and the services and participation of many. We serve Jesus Christ by serving one another in His name.
