America has the largest incarceration rate for youth in the world. These are society's rejects, but they still need the Gospel as much as everybody else. In fact, they may be even more receptive. When a world is dysfunctional beyond repair, there is still hope for repair. But it will not come from the humanist systems. Only the power of God can cut through the destruction that humanism has brought to the modern world.
