There are many opinions about prayer. Most of them are wrong. We should have a biblical approach to everything that we do. The way that we worship should be biblical, and the way that we pray should be biblical. What we mean by having a biblical approach is that we become informed about how we are to do something not by the world or even tradition but by the Word of God. Whether we are praying in private or in our families or in public, we will pray as the Scripture has instructed us. It is imperative that we understand what the Scripture teaches about prayer.
