He is the author of A Passion for the Fatherless, a book he authored while serving as Family Pastor at Bethany Baptist Church in Peoria, Illinois. Daniel is now the Senior Pastor of Bethany Community Church, a church plant from Bethany Baptist in the neighboring city of Washington, Illinois. He and his wife, Whitney, have four children, Hannah, Austin, Noah, and Ellie. In addition to pastoral work, he enjoys spending time with his family, date night with his wife, reading, swimming, biking, and running.
