William Harrell is the founding pastor at Immanuel Presbyterian Church. In 1981, he and his wife Debra were called to serve the new congregation, then meeting at the YMCA. For over 25 years, "Pastor Bill" has faithfully served the flock in preaching, teaching, and pastoring.
