The purpose of Faith Baptist Church is to glorify God by obediently making and equipping disciples of Christ, in Laurel and throughout the world, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Today's message is at the heart of our purpose as a church. In order to glorify God we must be a gospel centered church, one that is faithful in proclaiming the truth of God's word to God's world! If a church is not gospel centered it is off center; it is out of balance; it is off course. All members of the church must work at being faithful to share the truth of the Gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit and for the glory of God. If you will hear God's word this morning, you can be part of helping the body of Christ fulfill its purpose.
