Adolfo Mendez from Chicago (4/25/2004) “ Great Sermon! ” Dr. Thomas Schreiner hammers away at the biblical truth that God chose us: 1) God chose us before the foundation of the world; 2) God chose us in Christ. Our salvation is Christ-centered and Christ saturated and Christ-focused. Schreiner, who was saved at 17 and got a teaching job at at seminary at 32, states beautifully: What does it mean to be saved? It means to fall in love with Jesus and to want to be like Him. Thank God for faithful preachers and praise God for making His truth available on such a fine Web site as this one! You'll be blessed!
