Today we want to look at Baptism. We have heard from three people who want to follow the Lord's command and to be baptized. They want the public identification of showing that they believe in Christ. In Acts 8 we are looking at one of the New Testament examples of Baptism. I want to look at this account this morning and to ask what we can learn from it. Luke is recording the record of the early church in the book of Acts, but this story stands out. It is just an account of something that happened. We only meet the Eunuch here and it is almost the last time that Philip is mentioned. (Acts 21, he had four virgin daughters who prophecy) Join us as we look into the account to see why the Holy Spirit led Luke to record this account.
