King James Bible believers are faced with an array of problems to day. Of course we all know that the multiplicity of all the new modern versions are a big problem, but another little known problem is the fact that many of the worldly publishing companies are publishing Bibles and calling them King James Bibles when in actuality they are not true King James Bible. Because the King James Bible is in the public domain and not copyrighted (In all places other than England), these worldly publishing companies think they can make minor changes to the standard text so that they can please certain groups which translates into extra sales for them. Today you can still find true King James Bibles but you must proceed with caution. You will be hard pressed to find it at all in any typical Christian book store (or other stores for that matter) without some alterations to the text Cambridge University Press printed the PCE (PURE CAMBRIDGE EDITION) between about 1900 and about 1980. There are millions of them around. It is possible to find nice second hand copies. Proverbs 30:5-6: ‘Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.’
“ Cambridge Concord 8Vo; correct spelling ” Cambridge Concord 8Vo contains no spelling nor grammar errors.
I have two copies of Cambridge Bibles; they have different spellings of 'spirit' and 'Spirit' in Acts 11:12,28. The correct spelling and grammar is found in the cambridge Concord 8vo

“ Two Cambridge Bibles ” Cambridge Bibles come in at least two flavours; I have two Cambridge Bibles published by the Press Syndicate of the University of Cambridge. One is printed in the United Kingdom and the other is printed in the Netherlands. Acts 11:12, and 11:28 has 'Spirit' in the Netherland copy; and 'spirit' in the United Kingdom copy. I was told to ensure that the words "Concord 8v0" are displayed in the Cambridge Bible in order to obtain Bible with correct spelling and punctuation.

“ Great Sermon! ” what if i am german and do not have a german king james bible. we have luthers bible but is this ok? it did come before the kjv but the geneva was the first english language bible translation as well but it is not a king james so i will just not read a bible if all i have is a luther bible or some other bible if it is not this specific kjv you speak of. thank you!

“ Great Sermon! ” THX TO DR. J. FOR THIS TEACHING.. I OWNED A NKJV AND DID NOT RELAIZE ALL OF THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE AV KJV 1611 AND THE NOT INSPIRED VERIONS (NIV) AND EVEN THE NEW KING JAMES VERSION. MY BAPTIST PREACHER TEACHES OUT OF A NKJV AND HAS NIV'S ALL OVER THE CHURCH... GOES TO SHOW YOU THAT EVEN FUNDAMENTAL BAPTIST CHURCHES ARE NOT USING GOD'S TRUE BIBLE VERSION... WHAT A SHAME THAT ALL PASTORS DONT STAND UP FOR THE TRUTH.

“ Great Sermon! ” Your sermons have helped greatly in understanding and discerning God's true Word vs. corrupt doctrine being spread throughout the world. Your teachings are the only "sermons" which I listen to. The teachings are fantastic, and they remind me that I am a sinner and fall short of God's grace, which compels me to repent and reflect on God's Word and instruction. Thank you for the link to the true KJV. I have just ordered one. Like you, I was saved by the NIV, but wish to rid my house of that corrupted text, and focus on God's true Word. “ Vital Sermon ” Amen Brother Johnson! The Bible version issue is the most important issue in the world and Satan is well aware of it! That is why he is fighting to cast the slightest shade of doubt in its truth and preservation through the legion of perverted pseudo bibles. More people,especially preachers need to take a stand on the Holy Bible God has been honoring for hundreds of years like brother Johnson. God speed and keep defending the (true) faith without compromise.
