A recent blog post on a website entitled “Science 2.0” declared: “Scientists discover that atheists might not exist, and that’s not a joke”. In the article the author seeks to explain his provocative headline by claiming that, what he refers to as a “metaphysical outlook” is simply part of the human DNA.
In other words, belief in something intangible (existing outside of the natural world) is just part of man’s physical being. Therefore he concludes “atheism is psychologically impossible because of the way humans think.”
Is Atheism impossible? Does every human being instinctively know that God exists?
Joining me today to discuss the subject of Atheism is Frank Turek – president of CrossExamined.org and co-author of the book, “I Don’t Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist”.
