You are not alone Your Church is not the only one that is being ridiculed. So concern not yourself with the opinions of the current state of Christiandom where 90% of the local Churches in this world are either liberal in their doctrine or apostate. Even plymouth brethren assemblies get the same treatment as your assembly as we agree with everything u believe (except we are pre-mil). Eg. 'Christians' mock us bec women dorn a head covering and have to be silent during worship. Modest apparel is worn. Worship services are open only to persons with letters of commendation stating the person is a true believer in Christ and has been baptised by submersion according to the Scriptures. We do not use musical instruments n sing old hymns accapella. So we avoid the CCM issue altogether. While doctrine is important, we must always bear in mind that the Lord Jesus Christ is the centre of all things...in speech, in thought, in deed etc for He is before all things and by Him all things consist. So the devil hates us too and seeks to destroy our testimony as he has always done in the past.

Kudos! Thank you, Pastor Cooley, for loving Jesus Christ enough to proclaim His truth unwaveringly in this late hour and at such a cost. Your sincerity and tenacity in proclaiming the whole counsel of God encourages my husband and me to keep our hearts fixed on the Lord and to have our armour on at all times.
"Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." (Matthew 5:11-12)
