In the Bible, righteous people are often compared to trees. That is, some believers blossom and grow into a productive existence for Christ whereas others wither and die without taking root. To that end, the apostle Paul develops, and then expands upon, a list of nine visible attributes, or fruit, indicative of a righteous tree (i.e. a Spirit-filled Christian).
What role, if any, do Christians play in producing fruit in their lives? Is it the work of men and their diligent efforts or is it the byproduct of the Holy Spirit and His grace? Is it, perhaps, the work of both?
In this provocative sermon series, Pastor Ronald H. Gann expounds upon the fruit of the Holy Spirit and what each look like in action.
In addition to serving as the Senior Pastor at BridgeWay Christian Church in Derry, New Hampshire, Ronald H. Gann is the featured speaker on "Bridging The Divide" radio and author of various books on ministry and theology.
