These multiplied experiences are indispensable. These experiences are available though the "knowledge of God" and no other way. Consider how fundamental this is. Man's greatest crisis is his ignorance of God: Ephesians 4:17-19. Faulty thinking does not disappear all at once at conversion. Christian transformation comes through the renewing of the mind. This is a great passage to begin the New year with.
