As we continue through Ephesians, we have now reached the section in which Paul emphasizes how Christians are to live out their calling. He will touch on issues of marriage, childrearing, use of time, use of our tongues, and other immensely practical topics for living the Christian life. But he devotes nearly all of chapter 4 to showing the Ephesians one of the chief obligations of the Christian life: maintaining unity in the Church. This is one of the first and most extensive commands given in Ephesians, and Paul is concerned that we understand the importance of our obligation to keep the unity of the Church. Listen along as we consider the role that each of us is to play in "The Unity of Believers."
