We conclude our look at chapter three with the closing four verses, and focus on the glorious truth that we are 'All one in Christ Jesus'. This is the text that hung over the pulpit at Whaddon Road until the new building was erected in 1987. Was it an odd choice? Perhaps not. These verses go to the heart of our identity as Christians and as the Church. Whatever the world tries to achieve by legislation and political correctness, true equality is found only within the Church of Jesus Christ. As we look forward to 2009, we realise that we have a unique identity, and a unique message to take to our community.
