Here is a quote from Washer, "When Jesus was persecuted, when people said bad things about Jesus, they were always wrong. When people make critiques of me they are not always wrong. We are men, we are weak, we are failing. I just want people to know that when someone says something about me that is not very positive, they may be right. And I want them to know that I know that they may be right, and it breaks me, and I do want to be more exact; I do want to be more Holy."

“ Great Sermon! ”
I appreciate the background to the message, although I had a pretty clear idea why he said it. I have seen that in many youth circles where I live, where youth groups are all about pizza and games. When the reality is as Christians we are at war. The youth message was the first message I have heard from Paul Washer. I pray men like him would be so bold. I pray I can be so bold and also courageous enough to speak the truth in love. Praise GOD for HIS Grace.

“ Public Thank You ”
A brief public thank you for this interview. I have recently had some controversy with 'church leadership' over this very kind of youth event in my words 'saturated with the world' but sold to churches as reaching youth with the gospel. Your observations of the environment that you gave 'Shocking Youth Message' in was greatly reasurring that the concerns I have for present day Christian Youth Culture are valid and how greatly I need the Lord to take a stand that will honor Him in addressing them. Thank You Brother Washer. It is encouraging to be reminded to keep my eyes on Him and to not be conformed to the present day "religious world" that is going astry from Him even if they draw crowds of 5000 teens.

“ Great Sermon! ”
i hv been downloaded PW sermon and telling my friend about it. I hv seem what was told is all real truth. We need people like PW to stand out the real truth, nothing but the truth. It make my life more focus and be in Christ. I had two children, 2 & 4 age, sermon on family, man & youth, regeneration, really make me think and responsibility on me. The sermons are good too in ASIA. TO GOD BE THE GLORY! GREAT!

“ Great Sermon! ”
There is no need to excuse this message. Not only the american church needs preaching like this! The whole church of the western world needs more preaching like this. We need more men like Paul. When people criticize sermons like this one, they should check them selvs! I was extremly provoked the first time I heard this sermon. But when i listen to it now, I understand that it was me, not the preacher God wanted to change! People still get saved from this message! Amen

“ Great Sermon! ”
The 'shocking youth message' was the first thing I ever heard of P. Washer's preaching, and it was the thing that once and for all set me straight on some very foolish questions (ideas about compromising, 'if other christian kids do it, it's ok' stuff) I had in my head about how a Christian should be, at a time when I was very confused and never read the Bible. It was that night a turning point in my life to hear it, I remember trying to get all my friends to listen to it later in the week and they would act disgusted or get all philosophical against it and I would become so frustrated haha.... The thing is, after listening I found myself crying to God face down on my bedroom floor at 3am or so, and for the first time; I shook at the thought of his presence, realized my unbelief and thought I was going to die then and there... Never before had God been real to me. I was naive to be surprised to see all the lashing out against this sermon. But if I am not wrong, somebody once said (I am bad with quotes or remembering who said them lol) basically if nobody is getting upset about what you're saying, you're probably not saying something very important :)
