Instead of thinking about himself and the pain he would endure, Jesus spent much of his remaining time encouraging his disciples. God does not want us to be lonely here on earth. He wants us to spend time with him by praying to him and studying the Bible. When Jesus comes back to get the Church, He will return himself to escort us to heaven. Never doubt your value to God. Look at the price Christ payed for your soul!
