Noel and his family lived and ministered in Scotland from 1992-2004. There he lectured in Pastoral Theology and other subjects at the Highland Theological College for 10 years. In 2004 he returned to South Australia to be Senior Pastor at Coromandel Baptist Church, with which he and the family have had a long association.
