Dr. Parker completed his pre-medical studies in biology at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. He completed his medical studies at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA in 1992. In addition to private practice in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Dr. Parker was ordained as a Ruling Elder in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
