Joey Kellett is a member of the pastoral staff at Berean Baptist Church and a third grade teacher at Berean Baptist Academy. Joey and his wife Candice have one son, Oliver Hutch, who was born July 3,2012. Before moving to Berean, Joey taught middle school and coached several sports at North Point Christian Academy in Carrollton, GA. Joey and his wife Candice have one son, Oliver Hutch, who was born July 3,2012. Before moving to Berean, Joey taught middle school and coached several sports at North Point Christian Academy in Carrollton, GA. Joey became a Christian during his freshman year of high school and began to sense his calling into ministry during his senior year. Upon graduating Lovejoy High School in Jonesboro, GA, Joey began attending Pensacola Christian College. In 2005 he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry. He then completed his Master of Arts in Bible Exposition in 2007 from Pensacola Theological Seminary. Joey has served in many ministries including holding children’s and teen evangelistic rallies for Neighborhood Bible Time, leading outreach ministries in college, serving has a collegian chaplain and a resident assistant, AWANA, teaching chapels, and coaching several different sports teams. He currently serves as Berean Baptist Church’s Elementary Sunday school director, and leads a bible study through the Gospel of John. | more | less
