Chris Bayack was born July 8, 1958, in Salina, Kansas, and was raised in a loving Roman Catholic home. He spent most of his growing-up years in Kingman, Kansas. Chris came to know Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior while still in high school. Afterwards he entered the U. S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he majored in Mechanical Engineering.
