SermonAudio employs a commercial-grade filter that successfully blocks 80%-90% of JUNK mail arriving in your SermonAudio Inbox.
Get more details here!
We are working hard to ensure that the filter is operating as effectively and efficiently as is humanly possible.
And we've made it super-easy to access your SermonAudio email account.
- Use our own exclusive WebMail Interface to read, write, and reply to email on
the road through any web browser! No special downloads necessary!
- Use any standard POP3 Mail Reader (such as Outlook Express, etc) to access your SermonAudio email account! See below for step-by-step setup instructions...
For those who desire even more filtering on top of our own built-in filter, we recommend using third-party services (such as SpamArrest or MailBlocks) to add challenge-response filtering to your mailbox.

OUTLOOK POP3 EMAIL SETUP
The following screen shots will take you step-by-step through the
process of setting up your new ad-free, filtered email account from start to finish in Microsoft Outlook!
Step 1: Get Microsoft Outlook Express.
The first step is to make sure you have Microsoft Outlook Express installed on your computer! You can
get it completely free of charge from Microsoft's site by clicking on the link below:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/oe/
You can use another POP-compatible email reader but the following instructions pertain to the Microsoft Outlook Express
email reader.
Step 2: Start Outlook Express and set up a new Mail Account.
Specify your mail server settings. The next step is to specify the mail server settings for both your INCOMING (POP3) and
OUTGOING (SMTP) mail servers. You will specify the SermonAudio mail server (mail.sermonaudio.com) as your incoming POP3 mail server.
But you will need to specify YOUR ISP's SMTP server in the box below where it says "Outgoing Mail Server". You may need to contact
your Internet Service Provider for this information if you do not know it.
At this point... you will need to provide your own full (sermonaudio) email address for the "Account Name" field as shown below:
That's it!
At this point the email setup is complete... YOU ARE DONE! CONGRATULATIONS!
You should be able to use your ad-free, filtered email account immediately!
