As I write this blog we are now nineteen days away from a national election that will have global consequences much less national and even local ramifications. Regardless of who wins, it would seem that the Romans 1 spiral of degeneracy on many fronts will continue in the United States with possibly the only question being whether it will increase or decrease in speed depending on who will be sitting in the White House and the Capitol building on Monday, January 21, 2013. I think it's clear to most any evangelical Christian that our beloved country is moving further and further away from anything even close to biblical standards of right and wrong - truth and error. But is there anything that can be done to stem the tide of amusing ourselves right into the jaws of implosion set off by the trip wire of decadence? I believe their is and the history of God's Church would bear this out as you will see in Al Baker's latest article. Do you feel discouraged and a bit hopeless? Then I urge you to read on and take heart for the Lord our God is listening for the prayers of His people.
