"By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth." Proverbs 8:15-16
When we are considering wisdom, we must realize that we are not speaking of a trivial matter. Who needs wisdom? Common men and women need wisdom, as well as kings, princes, and nobles. Whether we are ruling a country, ruling a household, or ruling ourselves, we need wisdom. If we are to be wise, we must be men and women of the Word. Those who would rule a nation must put time and effort into gaining the necessary knowledge of how things operate. Much time, much effort, much energy is put into this task. However, after all of the knowledge is collected it is worthless if the ruler cannot respond to the information in a wise way.
Today, realize that you are called to obtain that which royalty is in need of if they will rule well. We have a high calling Christians; we are called to live with the wisdom that is needed to rule a nation. We are called to think God’s thoughts. We are called to see life the way God sees it. We are called to be growing in wisdom. Through the power of the blood of the Son of God, I want to encourage you that whether you are a student, a keeper at home, or an employee at work, let us be about our Father’s business. Let us grow in wisdom.
