We are deeply honored to have the Concertmaster of The Philadelphia Orchestra, David Kim, and the Principal Cello of The Pittsburgh Symphony, Anne Williams, to open our concert series this year. These two renowned musicians are great friends of Tenth Presbyterian Church and have delighted us in the past with inspiring performances.
They will play solo sonatas of Beethoven and Brahms and then join together with our music director for the Shostakovich Piano Trio in E minor in honor of the 100th anniversary of the composer’s birth. Sacred music will also be featured on the program including a new work for piano trio. This opening program of our 2006-2007 is not to be missed!

All Tenth Music Series programs take place in the sanctuary of Tenth Presbyterian Church - 17th & Spruce Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
