I want so much to offer words of hope and encouragement to all of you who are offering yourselves as living sacrifices to Him, in service to Pinelands in this very important task. I’ve asked the Lord to give me words to say that would impart support to carry on; believing that He who began a Good work in you is Faithful to complete it in Christ Jesus our Lord…this is what He has told me to share with you…

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”-(Prov 3:5- 6).

"But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come"

I am confident that our Father is guiding you in this process of selecting the man of God who will be our pastor and shepherd. I urge you to press on…to cling to Hope and to the confidence of His Love, that is preparing that man for the work that He has called in to his life; to be our pastor, teacher, shepherd and friend. That he would love us with the Love given him by He who is Love and that we would love him in turn with that same Love.

My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. Isaiah 26:3–4
