Notable men and women come on the scene in every epic of time. Though their lives can leave lasting impacts, they themselves are gone. There were yesterday’s leaders, there are today’s and there will be new ones tomorrow.

But Jesus Christ is superior to all of these. More than a man, He is the God-man who remains in every epic of time. The same Christ that sustained the apostles in preaching the gospel through fierce opposition and persecution is still alive today with the same infinite power. The same Christ who comforted Mary and Martha at their brother’s death proclaiming Himself as the Resurrection and the Life, still remains today.
