In May, we had a fabulous revival with Dr. John Van Gelderen. Mrs. Van Gelderen sang each night. The Bible was rich and altars were full each night. We were greatly helped by this meeting. There were 3-4 who also received Christ as Savior on that Sunday morning.
We had 3 men preach on Sunday evening, May 13. Pastor Bill presented his burden for the Philippines Sunday evening, May 20. Saturday, May 26, we had our home school graduation with 5 graduates. Adam Rich, missionary, presented his burden for Zambia on Sunday evening, May 27.
Now we turn our focus to summer ministries: June 25-29-Camp; July 16-20 VBS; and August 11 Red Lion Street Fair booths.
Sunday evening, June 10, we also plan to have a sending service for Gina Frey who has raised her support to go to South Africa. Gerald Fielder will preach Sunday evening, June 17 and Courtney Lewis July 24.
We have postponed our annual church picnic as the builders are busy putting up our new pavilion.
Remember the Reformers’ Unanimous (RU) that meets every Friday night from 7 to 9 in our Gym for the purpose of helping anyone who is addicted to anything.
If you are looking for this kind of church, do something about it. Serving Christ can be fresh and exciting again. Come and worship with us this Sunday. We are sure that you’ll find that the drive IS worth the difference.
