Pastor's Corner (Mar. 2012)
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28, 2012

In March, we sponsored our Shepherds’ Retreat (http://mzbcsr.wordpress.com/) for area men who are in the ministry. The theme was music. Saturday, the 24th BPS gave an appreciation banquet for our Bible Assembly workers. Steve Schwanke spoke on Wed., March 28th. On Sat., March 31st from 9-noon, we held a refresher workshop for all of our teachers. It’s a busy month leading into the freshness of Spring.

Besides special Resurrection service on April 8, our Youth will have charge of the evening service that night. This is always a highlight at Mt. Zion. Friday, April 27th will be our Home School Drama Recital night at 6:00 while Saturday, April 28th is our annual Mother Daughter Banquet at 5:00.

Remember the Reformers’ Unanimous (RU) that meets every Friday night from 7 to 9 in our Gym for the purpose of helping anyone who is addicted to anything.

Mt. Zion is a best described as a place of vision and fresh starts where YOU can jumpstart your relationship with the Lord, grow in your knowledge of the Bible, find a place to serve, and meet many new friends. Your whole family will find a variety of opportunities and ministries.

We make no apologies for being known as an evangelistic, discipling, loving Bible preaching church that believes in taking a stand. Isn’t it time for you to return to … “Church the way it used to be”?

Come and worship with us this coming week!
